Back to another cover. This tune reached 19 in the UK charts in 2001. In my opinion, it should have got higher, because I think it is an awesome song. It's quite surprising to me that not many people actually know the song.

It was time to get my guitar out. I'm not a competent player yet, but I'm working on it. Rhythm play is about the level I'm at, at the moment. So I selected a number that used some simple open chords. The original artists of this song were "Tears for fears". I purchased this on vinyl in 1982, and I think it was the band's first release. A lot of people will also know this song, ans being sung by a man called Gary Jules. He did a cover of it. The tune is "Mad world".
